Pricing

$25 for adults (13+)
$15 for children (12 and under) and seniors (60 and over)

Season Passes

We will offer season passes next summer, but for this season we are only offering the regular daily admission tickets.

Waivers

We require everyone entering the pool 18 or over to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 a consenting adult must sign on your behalf.
If you are bringing children 12 years of age or under you will be required to be at the pool with them.

Asked Questions

What are your hours?

We will be open 10-6 daily through Labor Day and weekends in September.

Parking & Shuttle

Pool guests can park in the available resort parking and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We strongly encourage you to use the shuttle to minimize traffic. Here is the information:

We plan to offer $5 off per ticket if you take the Eldo Shuttle and provide proof of your ride upon entry. However, systems are not yet in place for this so stay tuned for more information.

Do you have lifeguards on duty?

Yes, we have certified lifeguards on duty at all times. However, we require that parents be in the water with their children if they are under the age of 7, regardless of swimming experience and expertise.

We have complimentary life jackets available at the front desk on request.

What is the pool depth and temperature?

The baby pool is 1’2”
The shallow end starts at 3’6”
Deep end goes up to 10’

We generally heat the water between 79-82 degree and adjust accordingly as weather conditions fluctuate.

Snack Bar and other items for purchase

The snack bar is open daily and sells an assortment of food, beverages, ice cream, and snacks! And of course, the best-tasting spring water in the world, Eldorado Natural Spring Water and sparkling spring water!

We also offer sunscreen, shirts and floats for purchase.

We do not serve alcohol on site but are working to get our beer/wine license so you can enjoy a refreshing creekside beverage. If you live within a 6-mile radius please ask about signing our petition!

ADA/Accessibility

We have 2 dedicated ADA spaces for the pool and a total of 5 onsite.

We also have an ADA lift for pool entry.

Is the water chlorinated?

Yes, by law we are required to chlorinate the water.

Cooler Guidelines

Our Staff must be able to see all items inside of, and to the bottom of your cooler upon entry.

Do you have lockers?

We have locker rooms, with individual showers. However, we do not have any storage lockers just yet.

Do you rent towels?

No, but they are available for purchase in the snack bar.

Chairs and tables?

We have 6 picnic tables in the shade under our upper deck. We also have seating and benches surrounding the pool and a few dozen Adirondack chairs. We encourage you to bring your own lounge chairs and post up wherever you please. We have a lot of sunny deck space as well as a nice grassy area down along the creek for you to set up your space for the day.

Can I leave and re-enter?

Yes! Wristbands will be scanned on exit and re-entry but come and go as you please.

Did you get rid of the slide?

The ICONIC Big Red Slide (Big Red) unfortunately wouldn’t slide. We have saved the remnants and plan to commemorate it in some fashion down the line. We are as sad as many of you to see the slide go, trust us, we tried! But we do fully intend to add a replica down the line.

Do you have a diving board?

Yes we do!

Refund Guidelines?

No refunds or rain checks after entry.

Group events are refundable only if the pool does not open due to inclement weather. Please see your group agreement for complete details.

Unused tickets can be used on another day if scheduled within 10 days of purchase and must be requested directly before the scheduled visit date.

Do I need to pay if I am not going to swim?

All guests entering the pool gates are required to pay an entry fee. You are welcome to hang out at the snack bar or in the plaza without paying the pool admission.

Lost wristbands may be replaced at the admission office for $5 for the first replacement and $15 for each additional replacement transaction. A photo Id may be required.

Do you have Wifi?

We do offer guest wifi that is available throughout the facility. However, we encourage you to unplug while you are visiting us and embrace the nostalgia of a bygone era!

Swim Diapers

Swim diapers are required for diaper-dependent guests.

Is there a dedicated lap swim time?

We do not have lap lanes or dedicated swim times.

Do you accept Silver Sneakers or other local discounts?

Not at this time.

Our venue is conveniently located only 5 miles from the City of Boulder and only a 30 minute drive from Denver.

Next to nature

Enjoy the multiple hiking trails and Eldorado Canyon State Park, which is right up the road.
